| 1.Translation of non-notarial materials into English and of notarial certificates into other languages: |
| ①English or Japanese material translation will be completed within 24 hours. |
| ② German, French, Russian, Spanish, Italian etc. materials such as certificates, form, certification etc. will be completed within 48 hours. |
| ③The time limit of long text translation will be negotiated. |
| ④Urgent requirement may be accepted on the basis of extra charge. |

| 2. English notarial certificate: |
| Xuefu may assign special staff to client’s office to complete the translation of notarial certificates (details to be negotiated) |
| 3. Xuefu will refund the charge if the translated cannot be completed within promised term. |
